These terms and conditions should be read carefully before placing an order with EYK. By placing an order with EYK you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have your parents’ permission to purchase from us. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by EYK.

Shipping
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide. Shipping time varies by destination.

Returns & Refunds
We are very proud of our watches and offer a happiness guarantee. This means that you get a FULL REFUND if for any reason you are not happy with your watch and choose to return it to us within 2 weeks after receiving the product. The watch, as well as the included gift box and travel pouch, must of course be unused and in new condition. You can find the details regarding returns on our Shipping & Returns page.

Damages
If your order does not arrive or has been damaged during transport, we ask that you contact us immediately. If a package is not picked up within 14 days of delivery, EYK reserves the right to charge you a fee covering the return of the package.

Warranty
All EYK watches are protected by a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects on the watch itself (hands, dial and movement) due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. Other parts are not covered by this warranty. Please use our contact form to request a repair or replacement and include your order number, name, address, and a detailed description of the issue. Kindly note, postage, insurance and other non-repair expenses are not included in the warranty. If repair is not available, you will be offered a replacement. The replacement will be the same product or, if not available, a similar product of same value. No cash refund will be available after 14 days from purchase.

Personal Information
The personal information you provide will be used to ensure delivery of your order and may also be used to provide you with offers directly from EYK. You have the right to inspect the information held about you and request EYK delete or change the information. By accepting EYK’s conditions you agree to the above.

Force Majeure
Events outside EYK’s control that are not reasonably foreseeable shall be considered force majeure. This means that EYK is released from EYK’s obligation to fulfill contractual duties. Examples of such events are government actions, natural disasters, sabotage or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively, for example restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Payment
All products remain EYK’s property until paid for in full. The prices applicable are those set at the date on which the product is ordered from EYK. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through EYK are handled and transacted through dedicated third party gateways to ensure your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled through secure protection. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Charges
You may be charged import duties or sales tax by your country. Please note that EYK is not responsible for those charges, nor can we predict if your order will be subject to import duties. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

Additional Information
EYK reserves the right to change without prior notification any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings. In the event that a product is sold out, EYK has the right to cancel the order and the amount paid. EYK will notify the customer of equivalent replacement products or expected restocks if available.
